Orders received before 11:00a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday will
be processed the same day. All orders received after 11:00 a.m. will process
within one (1) business day of receipt. Orders ship using standard ground
service for delivery within the continental US.
Additional shipping charges are applied to Alaska and Hawaii orders and items that are large in volume (dimensional
weight). HeaterStore.com does not ship internationally.
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery after the order has processed.
7.75% sales tax is applied to all orders with a California shipping address.
*Items with a large size-to-weight ratio may be subject to additional dimensional weight shipping charges.

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your product(s)*. Defective products or damages from shipping are eligible for credit or replacement
within 10 days of delivery. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at HeaterStore.com's expense.
Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item minus a $3 restocking fee. Please contact HeaterStore.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages must have RA number written visibly on the shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. Please return all items in the original packaging. HeaterStore.com is not responsible for any item not received at its warehouse. We will not accept returns on items without an RA number. Allow 10-14 business days for processing returns for credit.
All non-defective returns will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include all original packaging material, all documentation, i.e. manuals, warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, HeaterStore.com may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. Customer
agrees to bear all shipping fees for returned merchandise with the exception of defective merchandise. HeaterStore.com deducts the cost of shipping from the total purchase to calculate refunds.
- All Soleus product returns, including damaged and defective merchandise, must be reported within five (5) days of delivery. Items cannot be returned without an RA number and must contain all original packaging and contents.
